Description:

Allconnect Home Services Consultants receive inbound sales calls from customers that are transferred to Allconnect from utility companies across the country.  They sell Cable and Satellite TV, Internet, Phone, Home Security, and more from top providers like Dish Network, DirecTV, AT&T, Verizon, Charter, Comcast, Time Warner and ADT. The Home Services Consultant first gathers information from the customer and then recommends various products/services to meet the customer’s home services needs.

Duties:

  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to present key points, features and benefits of the product while remaining focused on the customers' needs and expectations
  • Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to the role through superb attendance, punctuality and strong adherence to our code of conduct
  • Demonstrate persistence through overcoming objections and striving to improve your skills and sales performance
  • Effectively communicate and build relationships with customers to provide a world class customer experience
  • Consistently reach monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
  • Effectively execute the entire sales process from opening to close

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of work experience in an inside phone sales, commissioned sales or call center environment is preferred
  • Minimum 6 months related experience selling to individual consumers
  • Proven track record at achieving sales goals and high client satisfaction results
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and written
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, Saturdays and occasional holidays
  • Computer skills that include typing, understanding of commonly used software programs and the ability to navigate and learn to use proprietary programs
  • Highly self motivated, energetic and results oriented
  • Detail oriented in order to ensure accuracy of information delivered to consumers and recorded for processing
  • Ability to understand product/service and communicate features and benefits during sales calls
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships over the phone and to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate easily with a wide range of individuals with a strong phone presence
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • College degree preferred
